Frequently Asked Questions:
What does the Coach do?
The Coach will evaluate your situation, learn your key strengths and identify the areas where you are weak and work towards getting the best out of your strengths while working to dilute the weaknesses. He will analyze your work environment, identify weak areas and strengthen them.
He will bring an overall synergy in to your personal and professional life, ensuring that you are on the right path towards your goals. Goal setting is one of the first activities that will be done to ensure that you are clear in what you want to achieve.
Once goal setting is done then the next will be to determine the time to achieve the goals. This will be based on the circumstances you are in, your capabilities as well as the resources.
During this process constant effort will be done to remove the weak areas and replace them with strengths.
Its more like polishing the attitude, like how a diamond is polished to give it more shine and thus value.
How soon can I see the results?
